Mazu Ping'an Li
Mazu Ping'an Li

Location: the seaside attractions of Ganglou Village in the southeast of Meizhou Island: fishing village castle, Mazu auspicious lock, film and television screening hall, Meizhou ancient rhyme film and television exhibition hall, Dragon Palace and other Mazu Pinganli, also known as Mazu Cultural Film and Television Park. It was originally built for shooting the 38-episode mythological TV series "Mazu" starring Liu Tao, and now there are items such as imitation Song architecture, life stories, TV series shooting props and so on. These objects form a magnificent picture of "the fishing village of the Song Dynasty, which has accumulated thousands of years of history and culture", reflecting the original historical appearance of the place where Mazu, the Goddess of Peace at Sea, was born and raised. It is a rare base for learning and carrying forward Mazu culture. The park is divided into five functional areas: Mazu film and television and Meizhou amorous feelings exhibition area, baleen whale specimen and marine life viewing area, Song Dynasty fishing village and film and television scene tourism area, god pilgrimage and dragon palace exploration interaction area, seafood flavor and fisherman custom experience area. When I first entered Ping'an, I saw the ancient walls of the stone bridge, the old tiles of the old house, and the green forest on both sides of the path. The sound of waves lingers in the ear, and the forest wind is leisurely. It can be seen that men and women in Chinese clothes walk through them, their clothes flying, elegant and smart. If you feel bored, you might as well take a few more steps, follow the sound of the waves, walk across the slate road, walk through the green avenue, and the scenery of the sea and the sky will be revealed in front of you. Visitors can have "three blessings" when they come here: eye blessing, ear blessing and mouth blessing.
